Our vendor-independent approach means that we can maintain any of your high-quality equipment – be it through OEM, third-party or OEM-trained Asteral engineers – and provide unbiased advice and consultancy.
We specialise in blended equipment portfolios, so whatever the issue with your equipment, there is only one number for clinicians to call for all assets under management, while costs are managed in one predictable monthly payment. All spare parts used will be from the original manufacturer or other quality accredited sources, backed by ISO:13485. This ensures they will never adversely affect performance, longevity or the warranty of your equipment.

All of our services are managed from the UK-based Asteral Service Centre by experienced staff with long-standing OEM and ISO relationships and you will benefit from seven-day services provided between 8am-8pm Monday-Friday, and 9am-5pm at weekends (excluding public holidays). Fault reporting is available 24/7/365.
Asteral Protect provides comprehensive and transparent record keeping and N3-accredited remote diagnostics, allowing for the planning of preventative maintenance across all contracts. One-hour telephone response times, safety updates and advice all come as standard, along with the benefits of a global spare parts supply chain and a 24/7 distribution network.
